-QW does extra dmg on missing HP ONLY if the target is isolated or CCd.
-EQ is usually the best spell to use if it is almost garanteed to hit unless you really need the AOE dmg, EW is only a root, so enemies can still hit you with most spells and even autos, and EE doesnt really CC at all. You should use it to punish facechecks and chain CC when possible, and save it to cancel enemy engages (pantheon W, Zac E, Yasuo E, etc). You can also buffer it through enemy CC if you time it well.
-WQ is such an underrated spell in teamfights, movement speed is the most OP stat in the game.
-Hwei is one of the best blue buff users, try to get it for important fights when possible.
-If you really want to climb high on Hwei, you actually want to play him as a lane bully against some certain champs (not only vs the obvious hyperscalers, Kayle, Kassadin, etc) or you kinda get outscaled, it is true that Hwei has insane teamfight potential regardless, but if you want to get the most of his kit, you should really take advantage of his lane power.
-I also think you weren't that on spot with the matchups, but that might be up to personal taste.
This are just a couple small things that came to my mind while watching, just in case they are useful for someone, and also based on my own experience. The guide is so well rounded, this is GOLD content, keep up the work!
