The chapter master we can all admire from afar, as far away from him as possible in any given battle.

>Barges into Asteroth's chambers
>Proceeds to beat the shit out of him
>Says he'll be back if he is ever dishonored again
>Refuses to elaborate further
>Leaves

When Dante gave Gabriel Sanguinius’ last feather to Gabriel it was so fucking touching and moving and one of my favorite scenes from Devastation of Baal

>ah You think Guilliman is gonna turn us into red Ultrmarines!

Gabriel Seth: Yes

You know I cannot blame the Inquisitor for resigning, seeing literally everyone as Horus, no matter how temporary, is something very hard to cope with.

I am Gabriel Seth, and I am here to kill everything.
Imperial Guard- You mean the enemy right?
Seth: Everything

Gabriel "Combat knifed and punched down a genestealer patriarch" Seth
Gabrial "Used a dieing Evisirator assassin after he beat it bloody to blow up one of his turn coat captains" Seth
Gabrial "Brave enough to say what most fans want to say." Seth
Gabrial "O! Ka'Bandha! FaCK YOU!" Seth
Gabrial "I got to look after Daddy's Feather." Seth

Gabriel Seth: Because sometimes, you don't need an Exterminatus when you can just send one very angry man.

Gabriel “If they’re from ultramar, they’ll get new scars” Seth
Gabriel “If they’re a Primaris marine, scrub ‘em clean” Seth
Gabriel “If they’re blue, tear ‘em in two” Seth
Gabriel “If they’re from Cawl, screw ‘em all” Seth

Praise be to the Arch!

The bridges of lore continue regardless of Geedubs bullshit!

ORKS were scared of Flesh Tearers???

Ok. New favorite chapter. Right there.

The fact that they help stomp out the smaller problems before it becomes a major crisis is something the Imperium desperately needs. Might not be the work that wins you much fame and glory but it keeps the galaxy safer.

I would love to see a story of low level inquisitors working in a similar manner.

Ahh, Chapter Master Rip and Tear, also first.

the fact that this inquisitor managed to retain sanity after having been linked to a space marin over taken by the memories of a primark is worthy of respect
the fact Seth even did it and then send him home is worthy of far more respect

I liked when Dante called Seth his “friend”….. it was touching….. Seth really couldn’t wrap his mind around it but maybe they will have a moment later down road when Seth understand how Dante feels.

The only thing that needs be said is:

"Men crave food, they crave flesh, they crave power. We are not men.   The Emperor's Angels, His Space Marines, crave honour, they crave retribution, they crave justice.  We are not angels, we are the blood sons of Sanguinius.  We crave only violence, bloodshed -- there is no void deep within our souls, only the hunger, an insatible call to slaughter." - From the final datalogs of Nassir Amit

I feel like Seth and Tyberos would bond over their favorite kind of chainsaw for killing heretics.

RIP AND TEAR UNTIL IT IS DONE!-Nasir Amit probably

My favorite thing chapter master Giga-Chad did was when he hid some of his death company like a time bomb on the ship of an inquisitor who thought they could play him like that

The story of how he humbled and integrated the Primaris is actually very good.  Not as good as if GW had put some real forethought and effort into their Space Marine line refresh, but they recovered the fumble exceptionally well in that story.
