I built this dummy about two years ago. I keep it at the firehouse. It is a great tool.thanks for the tutorial.

I just built this myself yesterday. Took about 6 hours on my own but I think first builds are always longer. Definitely a good project. Got some kudos from my BC. Thank you Tucson fire for the instructions!

I just made one for my station. SUPER simple to assemble (I did it solo) and should last for years. I haven't weighed it yet...but it is a perfect size and weight.

To everyone asking I just did a quick search since I was curious myself. Just a simple google search stated a dry 2 inch hose weighs in at 40lbs and a 1.5 inch at 29lbs (call it 30 I guess). So at least 200lbs? Maybe add some PT turnouts and boots if possible so maybe another 30-40 lbs? Call it 230? And these are just based off of a 2 inch and a 1.5 inch so might be close to 250?

1- 50ft of 1 3/4”
2- small boxes of 3” comp deck screws
(Legs/body)
1- small box of 2 1/2” comp deck screws
(Arms)
2- boxes of 100 washers
-cutting tool
-tape measure
-marker or pen
-drill
- rubber mallet
