Side (Greek: Σίδη) was an ancient port city in Pamphylia, located approximately 16 kilometers from Seleucia. Administratively, it is a neighborhood (*mahalle*) within the municipality of Manavgat, but in everyday usage, Side is regarded as an independent seaside resort because it has its own historic town center. It is situated between the cities of Antalya and Alanya on the Turkish Riviera.
