Junior is struggling to survive in his unhinged mother's care. In addition to his disabilities, he is malnourished, given 0 age-appropriate stimulation, & has no daily routine. How can any toddler sleep w an empty stomach in a loud room w bursts of noise?! Mind u Jr doesnt speak or walk so she is sick of holding her son.
