Meyhomes currently resembles a neighborhood just beginning to take shape. There are already new buildings, wide streets, greenery, cafes, restaurants, shops, affordable apartments, and a separate villa area. However, some infrastructure is still under construction, public transportation is practically nonexistent, and the beach is about one kilometer from the residential areas.

Meyhomes isn't yet suitable for a short beach vacation without transportation. But for wintering, long-term rentals, remote work, or purchasing a new property, this is one of the most promising areas in southern Phu Quoc.
