In this video, we'll be visiting San Telmo, Buenos Aires's tango and bohemian neighborhood. We'll explore what to see and do in this beautiful area of the city.
It's ideal to visit on Sundays, as this is when the neighborhood has the most atmosphere.
We'll be visiting the famous antiques fair in Plaza Dorrego, where we'll find spectacular gems. We'll also visit Solar de French, one of the few remaining colonial buildings in Buenos Aires.
The San Telmo market is a must-see on a visit to the neighborhood. Here, we'll find some rather expensive cuisine, but we'll give you a glimpse into where to eat delicious and cheap food in San Telmo.
Of course, we'll be visiting Defensa Street, with its large fair that takes place all day on Sundays. We'll visit the Santo Domingo Convent, where Manuel Belgrano's remains lie.
And finally, we'll visit the Comic Strip Walk, where you'll find figures of the main figures of Argentine comics, and of course, Mafalda, a must-see.
I hope you enjoy this tour.
