宮崎県の「椎葉村」
岐阜県の「白川郷」
徳島県の「祖谷（いや）」です。
祖谷も平家の落人伝説があり、奥祖谷二重かずら橋は平家の落人が架けたとされています。
また、祖谷に隣接する山城町は日本三大怪遺産のひとつで、妖怪の伝承が日本で一番多い土地です。
特に椎葉村の生業は昔から農業、林業、狩猟の自給自足生活が強い村です。そして椎葉村は同じ苗字が多いのでお互いを下の名前で呼び合うのが慣習としてあります。
また椎葉村には昔村人を大量に処刑した事件もあります。
ほの暮らしの庭も登場人物はみな下の名前で呼び合いますよね。(プレイヤーがキャラに親しみがでるようにという理由が大きいかもですが。)
そして作中の生業は農業、林業、狩猟。これもまたリンクしてます。
作中の悲劇も椎葉村の事件と更にリンクしてるように感じます。(勿論内容は違いますが、多くの村人が亡くなった という点は一致します。)
そして椎葉村には御神木として大きい杉の木があります。
作中の呪いは桃の木でしたが木にもリンクがあるように思えます。
個人的な見解ですけどね(笑)
関係ないかもしれないけど、コマコとシロージの祖先は北からやってきた的な内容がキスケとの会話あったきがします！
黄泉の国から死者が出てくるのを防いでた土地神を倒したから結局土地神を倒しても簡単には外に出れないし、もっと大変な事になるかならないかっていうこれからのストーリーの続きがきになります！
「タケミカヅチ」と「フツヌシ」がモデルではないかと思います。
タケミカヅチとフツヌシはニニギノミコトが葦原中国（あしはらのなかつくに）を平定する際、高天原から遣わされた天津神で、よく対の神として出てきます。
この2柱の神は葦原中国にいる邪神（まつろわぬ神）、「草木」や石にいたるまで退治して平定しました。
中でも有名なのが「要石（かなめいし）」です。
この神々を主祭神とする鹿島神宮と香取神宮の神話では「タケミカヅチとフツヌシは地中にいる大ナマズが暴れるため地震が頻発していた常陸・下総の地に至り、石棒を地中深くに突き刺し地震を鎮めた｣と言われています。つまりタケミカヅチとフツヌシは「地中にいる化け物を岩で封じ鎮める二柱一対の神」といえるわけです。
また、どちらの神もイザナミの死因である「火の神・カグツチ」を祖とする神でもあります。
タケミカヅチはイザナギがカグツチの首を切り落とした時に剣についた血からうまれた神で「剣」の神ともされています。
フツヌシはカグツチから流れた血が固まってできた「岩」の神の孫にあたります。
ヅ主が「村を焼き尽くした」という話や、攻撃する時に炎をまとっていること、
最後の土地神との戦いでアメが「岩切りナタ（剣）」を使い、ヅ主が「岩」で土地神の動きを封じるのは、
火の神から生まれたタケミカヅチ（剣）とフツヌシ（岩）がモデルであることを示唆しているのではないかと思います。
動画内でも出ていた星の神である「カガセオ（アメノカガセオ）」と戦ったのもタケミカヅチとフツヌシです。
おそらくアメとヅ主を両者合わせたものは星の神「アメノカガセオ」をモデルとした隕石の神（アメノカガヅヌシ？）であり、それぞれはアメがタケミカヅチ、ヅ主がフツヌシをモデルとしているのではないかと思います。
