My Thoughts on the Nokta Legend BEAST MODE - Testing Tuesday

Southern Relics

The Legend is my favorite metal detector made by Nokta. And in the last few updates they added another mode, the BEAST mode. It was originally going to be called the Boost mode, but the name BEAST is what stuck. I haven't had a lot of experience using this mode, but one of our subscribers asked me what my thoughts were on it. So I wanted to spend some time testing this feature to see what I could find with it. So I hope you are able to learn something from this testing video.

Good testing Stephen. Bit surprised it didn’t work well all the time but yes you would still run in it for the really deep ones. Nice going mate 🦘🦘😁👍

Looks like a very good Mode to use. I'm like you, would love to Detect Full Time, lol! Glad you are doing better, God bless!

Glad you’re feeling better Stephen!!🙏. Great review. I never really tried the beast mode but it may be worth a look, especially if you get an iffy signal at fringe depth in one of the other modes. Do u know if L2 will have a beast mode?

I use this with a 15" Detech coil and it hits everything.I'm checking faint signals for friends with nox 800s and Deus 2's and it hits hard.

I wish my Legend was the one that came with the new style coils like yours. Both of my coils are round. I do like the small round coil, but would prefer the elliptical for coverage.

Weird, the quarter didn’t pick up well in beast mode, maybe it’s the frequencies it favors, nickel good, silver quarter, not as good. Can you use single frequency in beast?
