“Staying up till 4AM playing cs even though you have class in 3 hours” type beat

Wow, fy_pool. Always was a nice change after hours of fy_iceworld, "getting my aim up." Those were the days when I thought life would last forever.

fy_pool_day have something chilling and melancholic vibe. Like a mix of Frutiger Aero and Liminal spaces + "fy_" type maps nostalgia

YouTube showed me a ‘feeling lucky’ button and it gave me this. Thank you YouTube !

who else sobbin

brings me back to early source times, good times

Atmospheric jungle always had a liminal quality to it, it fits so well with CGI/game liminal spaces

Nostalgia trip with fy_pool and dnb. The good ol days.

Exactly 26 years ago to the day, I dropped purple gel LSD and listened to 90s DnB & Jungle with some friends. (I remember the date b/c it was a close friend's birthday & the trip was awesome.) Not that many people were into electronic music at my school, and only a few of them were into Ambient, DnB & Jungle. It's amazing to look around now and see how this music brings together 2-3 generations of listeners & gamers and what this music means to so many people around the world.✌

remember when video games used to just be about fun

this playlist got me through AP calc AB test prep, thank you

I'm back commenting on this almost 2 years after my first comment just to say that I think that you made a really good choice with the last song for the playlist. Not sure how to explain it but I think it totally has the "closing/end credits" vibe.

You wouldn't believe how many times I've replayed this mix since the day I discovered it lol

wow this video brings back memories, when the pandemic started I was the admin of a Garry's Mod server I remember that there weren't many of us but there was an active community, I used to connect at night around 3 am when there weren't many people we used to meet on a night map and that it had a swimming pool, I would put a media player to listen to a lot of Drum n bass and Icytwat songs. There were always interesting conversations and people recommended music to me. It was a very chill and relaxing space, although the pandemic does not bring back good memories for me those nights of conversation with strange people are priceless, basically all the liquid and intelligent dnb was the soundtrack of the server

R.I.P  Server

to anyone who ever reads this.. Keep on trying!! .. i hope the future works out Really good for you and rewards you well for all your efforts

26:25 and going on chimes are out of this world... fantastic

Finally understanding the Pythagoras theorem type of beat.

i've listened to alot of ambient jungle compilations and this one's the fucking richest, good stuff dude

This music genre has done what no other has ever achieved. It made me feel relaxed and peaceful. Brought harmony and order to my usually chaotic ADHD-ridden mind, like every brain cell firing at the rhythm of the beat.
Silence, Brain!. Ambient Jungle/DnB mix is talking..

Jungle is back dudes! Seems like jungle and breakcore has been making a massive comeback in the past couple years!
