Boone = a professional babysitter, nothing more.

Cashman = a fervent believer in "three true outcomes", and incapable of ever admitting he made a mistake.  (He doubles down on his mistakes.)  Knows he's invulnerable and will never be held responsible for his team's poor results.

Not only a philosophical overhaul ,new management.

Its been the same problem for years

- poor roster construction
- acquiring players that arent made for new york
- no urgency or care to do the little things well (actual baseball)
- no accountability in the clubhouse

The only changes that are needed are in the ownership, the front office, the coaching staff, and the players.

Cashman is arrogant. He does not do much in off seasons. During trade deadline he concentrates like Castillo years ago and then panics into Montas. Same last year Bird, Duval, McMahon. This year let all slip wasting time on Padres releavers and Rushman and then picked up an extra horrible outfielder and a clunky fitting first baseman. Needed catcher, 3rd and Bullpen help. Name a goid trade Cash made and don't give me 1 year Soto. We lost King.

Boone sure chews a mean fuggin piece of gum though, no?

Hal and his yacht ain't changin' NOTHIN'

Bro just said he’s compromised w Boone lol

Yankees are trying to buy a team instead of building a team. Money don't make the player. Back when Jeter was playing,  the Yankees were mostly a homegrown team.

Why not lead Lombard who actually does get on base and then hit Rice

With some of these Yankees players, the playoff lights are too bright for them point blank.

J-rod where are the chapters?

BT, there NEEDS TO BE A CLEAN SWEEP OF EVERYONE IN THE YANKEES ORGANIZATION. No other GM in all of sports would still have his job after not winning a championship for 17 years.  No other manager/coach would have his job after his team exhibited insanely sloppy play post-season after post-season.  And beyond that, the entire organizational philosophy has to change from top to bottom: (1) Hal CAN NOT RUN THIS TEAM WHILE STATING THE PLAYOFFS ARE A CRAPSHOOT AND THAT WINNING THE CHIP IS NOT THE ABSOLUTE GOAL; (2) Cashman's three true outcome approach to hitters has to be chucked into the trash - this team is loaded with high strikeout/swing for the fences all the time hitters.  This DOES NOT WORK IN THE POST-SEASON WHEN YOU FACE ELITE HIGH STRIKEOUT PITCHERS.  Every team that has won the World Series in the last 10 years has been in the BOTTOM HALF OF THE LEAGUE IN STRIKEOUTS.  The Yankees, by contrast, have been in the top 7 highest strikeout rates every single year; and (3) BOONE MUST BE FIRED FOR HOLDING NO ONE ACCOUNTABLE AND ALLOWING SLOPPY PLAY EVERY SINGE POST-SEASON.  Not to mention the ridiculous fact that the Yankees medical/training staff is a disaster every year with both the amount of injuries and how they are hidden from the media/fans.

On the plus side, the Yankees are probably good enough in the pitching department, but they need a lot of help at catching, they need a new third baseman, they need a new second baseman and they need a much better centerfielder. I don’t want to see Jazz Chisholm or Trent Grisham or Ryan McMahon ever again.

I would hit and run a lot more. I would give take signal to all under 250 hitters on all 3 -0 and 3 -1  counts when behind needing baseruners. First time thru lineup take first 2 pitches to see what other starter has and drive up pitch count.

It has never been more obvious thay Boone needs to go. How many horrible decisions does the man have to make before people stop defending the indefensible?

No more soft stuff time to call out all  what needs to be call out and time for a lot players to go

Something needs to change.  Maybe charge more for Game Tickets ?  Parking ? Food & Beer ? Lol

That basketball team you described is the Celtics.

A while back BT insulted the Trop.  Now he eats it.

The Yankees players can look at Tampa's players and ask them this .

Look at my paycheck and look at yours ? I think these Yankees think this way
