First unisex shop I tried was like this. I was the only guy in there, 20 yrs old with women 70+ in curlers ..I reluctantly stayed after they took my name and I didnât want to appear rude walking out. . I felt awkward , out of place and a bit embarrassed⌠an older lady beautician â (someone that would do your grandmothers roller set) washed and cut my hair. Iâve never had a woman cut my hair before or had my hair washed in a shop/beauty shop. I know she sensed I was hesitant following her to the sink to get my hair washed yet she was very pleasant She made sure my head and neck was situated comfortably back in the sink before she shampooed me and actually cut my hair better than the barbers in the area that seemed to âscalpâ me.. very different experience from the barber shop .
awesome vid i still have clients like this, luv working with the older clients they have a lot to say and i learn from them, today its all about rush get them out not my style at all..........
This looks like such a fun place to work at. I want to become a hairstylist and own my own salon. I hope I have such interesting clientele as yours. Much success.
