Hi Dave and viewers, I’ve commented now several times on this channel about my lack of success with carnivore, dealing with my extreme rheumatoid arthritis. And with that being said, I’m still carnivore, I believe in the diet, I believe in all the success stories, but for some reason, I was not getting the results. Everybody else seems to get. I’ve also mentioned that I knew a lot of other things got better for me on carnivore and that’s probably why I stick with it. I finally got my blood test back very extensive blood test back from a functional medicine doctor. The results of my blood work were horrifying. I don’t know if there’s any other way to explain just how bad my blood work came back. I mentioned I have MTHFR and I don’t detox properly. Well I haven’t detox things out of my body probably for last 30 years. They’re still floating around causing damage. All of my inflammatory markers came back extremely high. My toxic levels is out of control. Like I said very horrifying results makes sense why I have not had the positive results on my carnival journey. He believes he can get me a lot better than I am right now, my crippling RA will never get better. There’s too much damage but getting toxins out of me helping me a pathways and bringing the inflammatory markers down are all possibilities at this point what I wanna say about carnivore after all this is that my functional medicine Doctor knows I’m doing carnivore and my fasting glucose on the blood test came out 105 and he said I’m not concerned about that at all because of another marker being four point something he did not say A1c but I’m assuming it was A1c he’s talking about  I  need to clarify that. He said very low and he said you’re not insulin resistant and your carnival diet is working for you. So one positive is I am not insulin resistant and carnivore is the reason that I’m not. Anyway, I just wanted to give a quick update totally believe in the carnivore diet and I thought I owed it to everybody who’s heard me, hopefully not negatively about carnivore in the past but troubled by my lack of progress. Maybe in a year I can report back the things that have changed drastically, but I will stay carnivore on this journey. Thanks everyone for putting up with me.

I have psoriatic arthritis, just to an even more aggressive level. Arthritis is not that cute old people's disease you imagine. It just destroyed my life at late 30s and early 40s. Nothing worked, including methotrexate and biologics. Ending 'it' was the option I couldn't take because of the people needed me. Then, carnivore arrived. It keeps it under control at 80% reduction, which feels like a miracle compared to how it was before. And it is getting better with months and years. In my opinion, animal based is minimum needed and as you get more strict, it gets better. Bless you, Dave.

That reference range for “normal” testosterone really struck me. 10 years ago when I was tested, the bottom of the range was just over 300, I think 305. Now because of the way they derive these numbers (statistically), it’s now down to 265. What this tells me is that there has indeed been a general decline in endocrine health among men in the U.S.
