OCHA NORMA's project to boost and support the "Japanese Tea Industry" 《OCHA NORMAL》

A collaboration with "Ureshino Tea" from Saga Prefecture, the hometown of Reiko Tsutsui!

We also visited the Ureshino Tea Exchange Center "Chaoshiru," a facility where you can learn about tea through interaction with people,
and learned about the history and production methods of Ureshino Tea!

What is OCHA NORMAL...?
OCHA NORMA, a project where beginners in Japanese tea rediscover the charm of Japanese tea from all over Japan,
and create excitement in the tea-drinking world.

■ "I have to go home because of curfew." Traditional Green Tea × Roasted Brown Rice OCHA NORAL Original Blend
A steamed green tea widely produced in Ureshino, characterized by its mellow umami and refreshing aroma.

OCHA NORMA members selected traditional green tea and roasted brown rice from nine types of tea leaves and blended them.

This brown rice tea, made with traditional steamed green tea, has a sweet flavor that will be loved by everyone from children to adults.

■ "I don't want to forget this taste." Okumidori × Roasted Brown Rice OCHA NORAL Original Blend
A representative Ureshino tea, steamed green tea characterized by its lack of bitterness and strong umami flavor.

OCHA NORMA members selected Okumidori and roasted brown rice from nine types of tea leaves and blended them.

This is a slightly more mature, deep-flavored genmaicha (roasted brown rice tea) made with steamed tamaryokucha (green tea) from the "Okumidori" variety.
