Stéphane "Fesse" Plouffe: Martin Robert's Hells Angels No. 2 Vanished... Who Ordered It?
What happens when the number two of Montreal's most powerful Hells Angels chapter vanishes — and nobody talks?
Stéphane "Fesse" Plouffe was Martin Robert's right-hand man in the Montreal Hells Angels. On August 3rd, 2026, he walked into a meeting near Saint-Eustache. His car turned up abandoned days later. Then eight firebombs hit his home while his son was inside.
Police sources say the internal purge theory has reached a consensus. A retired investigator says he's still alive. Nobody has answered the one question that matters.

Carroll vanished just prior to the Operation Springtime raids in March 2001. He remains missing and is subject to active Interpol Red Notices and international All-Points Bulletins (APB) issued by law enforcement, including the Sûreté du Québec. Speculation regarding his fate ranges from living under false identities in South America or Europe to having been killed by associates, though no definitive evidence of his death has ever been produced.

One says he is still alive somewhere. Both have credible arguments.
