This song was created for the live action anime movie, "Rurouni Kenshin", about a ronin (masterless samurai) who fights for the common man. They also just finished a US tour of their latest album, Detox. I highly recommend you check out the live performances of any of their songs, because they never miss! Great reaction!

to see how they rock out even way back in 2010, naihi shinsho live from this us my budokan

They are my favorite band since LP. Yes they are that good live. Saw them last year 2025 at the 02 in London. The band as a whole are amazing, but Taka is as close to perfect as you can get. They are known as Japan's biggest rock band and even babymetal have said they may not have tried sonosphere if not for them as they were the first to really try go west - talk of collabing as well so, fingers crossed, be interesting to see how that would work as OOR can go heavy but a pop/punk rock with a metal kawaii band like BM will be interesting to see how they can make a song for both styles. Perhaps like the BM song with the Thai artists (leave it all behind)?

They have been going 20 years and have perfected live (but were still top tier 15+ years ago from what ive seen). You should watch their lives from their show last year (detox), they made it a movie and it was in cinemas worldwide. A few songs are on their channel and are live. They also have a netflix documentary as well which shows the journey, when covid hit and they played a free concert stream in an empty stadium for fans.

Looking forward to you checking out more.
