Here’s a simple but powerful arpeggio exercise that helps you stop thinking in shapes —
and start hearing and shaping real melodic lines.

We move through a classic harmonic sequence:

C6 → A7 → Dm7 → G7

For each chord, we add simple enclosures around ONE chord degree of the arpeggio,
either ascending or descending.

👉 At the end of the video, I demonstrate how this exact exercise turns into real music over All of Me —
how to phrase it, shape it, and make it sound musical instead of like a technical drill.

If enclosures feel confusing or disconnected from your playing,
this is where they start to make sense.
