That “shut the fuck up” by Tony is so damn powerful

This is probably one of the smartest decisions Tony made.

The flashback to the guys laughing at the joke scene ... initially I thought tony felt it was good feech wasn’t laughing because he was the only guy who kept it honest with tony and didn’t bow down.. now I realize it’s tony understanding he can’t control feech

Carmela gave Tony some great perspective when she told him “they only laugh at your stupid jokes cause you’re the boss” earlier.  He used this to his advantage.  Great way of showing Tony did listen to her

Once he mentioned the Johnny Sack thing, it was the point of no return. He was a bigger threat to Tony than Richie.

Pretty much everyone who got back into the game after being in the can for a long time was nothing but trouble.

Feech probably wanted to whack Tony and Jackie when they robbed his game and is still bitter about the fact they lived and actually ended up taking over in the end instead of him.

Boy did Robert Loggia play the hell out of this character.  You can just feel the discomfort and seething.  Great last role, RIP.

as soon as feech said the words "johnny sac", his fate was sealed

Feech knew too much about how things work...he wasn’t going to kiss Tony’s ass......he had to go.

Tony respected Feech enough to let him live out his days as a prison shot caller.  The writing was on the wall, and Tony knew that soon this extremely bitter man who sacrificed the prime of his life for the family would hatch a plot against him. Feech had to go b/c he had nothing to lose and this made him too dangerous.

The acting here is incredible. Even Sil's short reactions add to the gravity of it

when Tony says "Jesus Christ, I'm trying to help your transition here..." that's when you know things have taken a fatal turn.  When Tony is yelling and screaming you're actually probably ok.  When he dials it down, you're not

Powerful scene.  This show doesn't age at all;  it continues to shine.

So Feech robbed a guy Tony specifically pointed out as being a friend of his, and when confronted about it starts acting uppity? Tony was being quite merciful not liquidating Feech right then and there.
