I went to the Dollar tree today and saw all those polishes. I got Birthday Bare and Bluebell Breeze, skipped the Kokie polishes. I like the topper over black and probably over dark colors like navy, deep purple. After seeing your review, I'm glad I didn't buy the others. Maybe the toppers would look better over the Kozmic Colors Iridescent polishes. TFS!

I think the dollar tree Kokies are manufactured specifically for dollar tree. They aren't leftover or discontinued ones from Kokie's regular line. The bottles are smaller, the cap  stripes are different, even the elephant is different. I think they use cheaper pigments and they are formulated just for the dollar tree  price point.

I don't like toppers with large glitters but for $1.25, they aren't a bad buy. The wild thing is, people pay $14 for the same toppers from Holo Taco.

I think they are really only useful for glitter placement. Pour a little bit out and then place the large novelty glitters like a decal exactly where you want them. These kinds of large novelty glitters always require so much fishing to even GET a flower on the brush. Then also they always have poky corners that don't lay flat and they catch on my hair and clothes. I've gotten many novelty glitter shapes over the years and they end up driving me crazy trying to wear them.
