A big shoutout to the host for perfectly explaining our culture and tradition behind the sport.

Big credits to the coach for beautiful explanation, also massive respect to Larry for being this humble!

Muscleblaze should invite - the flowing Dutchman 🎉

omg this coach is so knowledgeable

I have never seen Larry Wheel disrespecting any individual or situation or culture. Very humble human being and a true ambassador.

The coach seems like  a great guy. This was a cool video. Respect to these Indian brothers.

This was a fun experience!

Brilliant Marketing by Muscleblaze. Do more. Bring strength training or power building or MMA experts from all over the world while showing them real India.

The mud is treated with turmeric and buttermilk IIRC, so it even acts as an anticeptic if you ever suffer from a bruise or a scratch on it. It's healing.

Mud is used not for centuries, but for millenias. Oldest akhadas date back 2000 years ago.

Ancient martial arts like this one had sole purpose of making soldiers during ancient times.

why mud : we put turmuric and ghee in it. which increases immunity, and mud usually helps micro abrasions to skin it ultimately helps wrstler to have a strong skin texture.

Larry was super super respectful. You could see some of those exercises were quite challenging and asked for advice from a much smaller guy. This was fantastic to watch

"You're seeing how big the muscles are, but the first rule of bodybuilding is: the bigger the muscles you build, the calmer you keep your mind, and the more humbly you behave."

Also its not just mud, its mixed with turmeric and a few other things so it has antiseptic, antifungal properties.
You wont find issues like staph infection etc a lot
The pit also does not get wet from the sweating so you dont slip.
Though its remade everyday/every session. Becomes a part of conditioning

That coach explained very well in an organised way , i like that

Goosebumps when he bowed and took the blessings ♥️🙏
Hanuman Ji bless your Akhara bro 🙏

What I found interesting is - they may not have 20 different triceps presses but each trainee is involved in all aspects of the training. From toiling your own gym floor to making your own protein shake from scratch. Id be surprised if those maces aren't built by someone from the academy

Larry is such a nice person ❤
His smile is somewhat like Dwayne Johnson (The Rock)

larry is 100% not natural ..but i understand he is a worlwide popular figure in bodybuilding cinema
