If a ghost refuses to leave an apartment they should be forced to pay rent.

If the ghosts wanna scare me, instead of turning tv/light on and off, please wash my dishes or vacuum my floor to shock me. Shock me on a daily basis 🤣

I think I love that the Japanese landlord referred to his tenants as people he needed to take care of, he's a good man.

The fact that the cleaning company also makes amazing art in the form of those dioramas has me blown away. There is such care and artistry in every detail of those, you just know that they also clean the houses with equal care and tenderness.

The guy that mentioned how heartless human beings can be like those neighbours that just ignored the dogs barking is so 100% right, all they had to do was pick up their phone and call the police . bloody useless.

It would have far been more tasteful to not use 'spooky' music when showing a place where an elderly person died alone in likely in horrendous loneliness and fear.

I started watching this thinking it would be spooky. I'm now depressed and on the verge of tears. These stories of people's deaths are so sad.

This is why The Puerto Rican Culture was raised to be a close family and when our parents get old we do not place them in nursing homes or assisted living facility because they are our parents and our responsibility.
when my father passed away I packed up my mother's belongings and took her to live with me and
I took Care of her until she was 94 and suddenly became sick and passed away leaving me distraught
heartbroken because I loved my mom and I miss her dearly and I would do it all over again if I had the
opportunity because they Cared for us when we were children and never abandoned us so we must
Pay them with the same Love and respect. I don't understand how people just abandoned their families
Like if they were garbage God will punish them for doing that because one of his testaments was to
Honor thy father & mother.

Whats scarier than these houses is the fact almost everyone in the new generation are on the brink of homelessness due to rising mortgage rates everywhere.

There should be a "dead man's switch" app or a device where people living alone could like log in with their passwords or fingerprints everyday. And if they fail to do so, the device would send out a message to either the family, landlord or the police to do a wellness check on the tenant/homeowner. Because if it was me, I don't want people to discover my corpse days or even weeks after my death. I want people to dispose my body as easy and less messy as possible.

Ghosts don't bother me. I simply go about my day. I live in an old house and there are many.  Even walking around outside. I live on the reservation, and it is normal.

My brother didn't believe in ghosts until he moved into a haunted house in Silver City, Nevada.

I'm in Hawaii but I'm at the age that this could happen to me, too.  It's the fate of those who have chosen not to get married or to live with others.  It could happen anywhere.

Damm!!!🙀🙀🙀🙀 I’ve just started watching this but let’s start with how impressed I am with these Japanese real state agents, they actually tell ppl the story of the “haunted” house they’re trying to sell.... secondly, it’s terribly sad how the older population in Japan is dying totally alone........😮❤
