The restaurant can refuse service to anyone

That manager waited too long to strp in.

Get out you are now banned from this restaurant

“Customer is always right” does not mean they can come in and act like asses and get their way

I am so sick of people using social media to get their way even though they’re the ones acting like an ass that’s why I don’t necessarily listen to people’s claims on social media

That first woman was such an entitled selfish stuck up picky nightmare of a Karen not also if the restaurant was closed there wasn't much the waitress could do for her and karen didn't even taste the food she was served and she said simple meal a sandwich is as simple as it gets i mean given the restaurant was not open at the time what else could the waitress do she couldn't make a five course meal without cooks in the kitchen I'll never understand why would anyone go to sit in at a restaurant to eat if they have other places to be in such a hurry like the math isn't mathing

Ever frkn annoying I would have kicked her out if that were me

She couldn't do that to me. I would not argue with her. I told her the kitchen is close and that will be it. I will leave her there and go to see my grandmother.

You said that you wanted a simple meal and that is what she gave you a simple meal !!!!😠

First Karen
No you aren't a customer you haven't ordered anything and you haven't paid for anything.

I hate the fact that she decide to delay her visit to the hospital just to serve some stupid, entitled stranger who thinks she should be treated like royalty. Sorry, but family is more important than some random stranger.

First Karen.  As soon as she said  she doesn't  care bout me or my grandma ,,iveould of walked  but b4 id call cops  on her for trespassing.. That's  real  💯  life

I worked in the restaurant business for a little over three years and in that time I’ve only seen two people that were that annoying enough for me to remember the last 45 years

There’s no explanation needed deer ask her to leave if she doesn’t like too bad

Just go somewhere else karen the restrant is closed

What a load of brats.

Some people never need to go to a restaurant. They need to just eat at home.

She probably used Popeyes. And KFC 🍗..
😅.

It's well done  so of course it's gong to take longer

I wouldn’t have explained anything to that Karen it was after hrs she should have taken her rude behind somewhere else those people didn’t owe her anything. And I certainly would not have kept trying to please her just tell her to get out stop explaining to people who will never be satisfied. The witch playing with her hair was freakin annoying if she is that picky go home and cook your own damn food she obviously can’t be pleased no matter anyone does
