If the stabilizer and plunger you didn't recognize were shot by Jean-Charles Valladont, I think they were from Arc System. It's a French brand that is very popular here, but they don't seem  to be interested in expanding outside of France for some reason.

The archer using the fluor pin is Matias Grande, from Mexico. That one plunger, that is not a Beiter, probably is a Wifler or an AAE! That's my guess

I think I saw one of the Korean archers using a W&W Mighty button (shorter than the Beiter: I have one of each, both used) and some top shooters have tried the Wifler magnetic button.

PS on the plunger, I find with the release aid, the plunger almost doesn't do anything anymore. It's just there to set my centershot so I still use my El Cheapo Shibuya plunger. Setup is almost identical to a compound......

Interesting. The whole time I was competing in New Mexico with my old PSE Supra Max compound, it was with that very same Shibuya Ultima recurve sight with the stock Shibuya ring that I had leftover from my recurve days. The only thing I did was take the little pin out, so it was a ring only (the little pin gave me the yips and sometimes Id punch the release). I still shoot a similar setup on my compound and now my totally unlawful oly recurve w/d-loop and release aid. On compound I shot in Bowhunter class, and the recurve sight/ring was the perfect match (tho with a smaller aperture needed in my peep than normal).....

Another great video, thanks Michael.  I had a Quick Look at the Shibuya Dual Click Standard sight 9in extension, it’s a brilliant price.  Wish I’d known about it when I was purchasing my set up a while ago.

It seems there isn't much new equipment.
Never changed a running system. 😅
I'm curious what that one button was, that wasn't a beiter.

Good stuff Michael

Damn, where's my Shibuya pin sight?

Berkim Tumer had an interesting sight, the sight slide was very short - is this custom?

Ramrods are the best stabilizers

When you said most dominating piece of equipment I thought it was going to be arrow rests and everyone using a shibuya. I'm just assuming everyone was shooting X10s for arrows!

Didn’t expect the one non-Beiter user.

Random question: do you ever see someone and think “this person looks like they could suit a different division better” (changing from recurve to compound and vice versa)?

Asking this because I’ve been told this (as a barebow man) a few times by coaches outside my club. Perhaps it’s physical? ~29.5” AMO DL, 180cm tall, pretty big compared to the average Indonesian.

Be of interest to see how much weight on the stabilisers.
