I felt like I should say something about this here.

As some of you have noticed, the Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, etc. releases of this remix have all been taken down due to licensing issues and a mis-input during crediting. It came to my attention that the remix had mistakenly been uploaded to Toby Fox's official artist pages.

This was not my intention and I wanted this fixed so people wouldn't think it was "official." So I had requested a takedown of the release after I was told that fixing the crediting alone wasn't possible. Because of this, I won't be reuploading the remix to other platforms again, but the YouTube version will be here to stay. <3

I'm very sorry to everyone who enjoyed listening to this song on their playlists, I'm grateful for every single one of you. But I will have to keep the remix down from other platforms for my own safety and out of respect for Toby Fox and Materia Publishing. <3

You know, post chapter 5, I now 100% believe Ralsei would Sing the normal version of the song and tell Susie to cut it out

"Susie, will you cut it out?!"
"Dunno. Will you sing the actual lyrics?""
"Deal."

i do kinda love the idea that despite his meek demeanor, out of all of them, RALSEI has the most rock appropriate singing voice.

Thinking about that fact that ralsei probably actually sounds something like this makes me happy inside

I NEED toby fox to confirm this as ralsei's official voice NOW

Perfect Ralsei voice, not to childlike, not too sophisticated, just… RALSEI.
(Edit: Ok why is this comment popular-)

Fun fact: The hand sign Ralsei is holding up is Sign language for I love you

i like the detail of the thumb being out, turning the "rock on" sign into "i love you"

My theory about the Prophecy is that it says that The Fun Gang has to rip out Kris’ “heart” and destroy it.

Ralsei doesn’t want Kris to see it because the Soul sees everything that Kris sees, and he doesn’t want The Soul to know they will betray it.

Susie said “Don’t worry, we would never do that” because she doesn’t know about The Soul possessing Kris, and she isn’t aware that removing it is the only way to save Kris. So she thinks the Prophecy is saying that they will kill Kris.

And that’s also why in-game Ralsei changes these Lyrics. This song is about the Fun Gang using The Soul as a Guide through The Dark, and it ends with Kris beating “The Demon Heart” to death with a bat.

Meanwhile in an alternate universe where Ralsei doesn't change things to be more palatable to the lightners

your near-screeching of "LETS KNOCK EM DEAD INTO THE NIGHT" is EXACTLY what i was missing in all the other covers!!!! holy SHIT man this is so awesome. thank you for blessing my ears while they still work (i will blast this so loud)

Okay, this is absolutely my new Ralsei voice. It's nice to finally see one that doesn't sound like a child.

I love how Susie knows how to play the drums well, as in the chapter 4 mingames in castle town she actually plays them, but she just decides to fuck around and play breakcore.

I just realized how good Ralsei having a deeper voice actually sounds damn. Lmao.

[No seriously he sounds like Dess.]

IS MY GLORIOUS FLUFFY PRINCE WEARING A CROPTOP???

“Susie! Will you cut it out??” Is just so well done, massive props to ralsei’s VA here!!

THIS IS THE PERFECT RALSEI VOICE HOLY. Its not twinkified and femboyish, its not too childlike, its not too deep, its not too high pitched. Its just Ralsei-like.
Edit: I just realized my comment is very similar to another persons conment. Didn't intend that lmao

An alternate timeline where Ralsei just said screw it and let out any and all anger he has through this one song.

Now we want Ralsei’s version with censored lyrics
