Today’s off-grid village life continues! 🌿🏡 In this episode, I’m working hard to fix and finish the doors of my new toilet, bringing the project one step closer to completion. 🚪🔨
While I’m busy with the construction work, my Ugandan friend (‎⁨@Africaflavahabibk⁩  )joins me in the kitchen to prepare delicious homemade mandazi the traditional way. 😋🔥 There’s nothing like enjoying good food and good company while building a better life from the ground up.

The toilet is almost finished, and now  one  step remains — putting the tiles! 🙏🏽❤️ God willing, we will complete it soon.
