Thanks everyone for watching! Let me know your thoughts - personally I wish we could kind of combine the two laundry mods and have the sun & moon system drop clothing piles depending on a sims neatness personality score instead of hygiene... Need to figure out if I could code that 🤣❤️

Already loving this! The S&M one hurts my tiny pea brain

I found the S&M mod waaaay too intense so I’m excited to try the Simple Laundry mod!

Wow these laundry mods have become really advanced and polished since I last checked in with them. How cool that there are now two very solid options! Adding laundry to the game isn't anything I'm interested in personally, but I can really see a lot of players loving this. Thank you for showcasing it, Beth, you always make such great comprehensive guides ⭐

Thank you so much! I don’t like to play with laundry in my larger families because it can be overwhelming, but in the smaller families, it’s wonderful! I’m still in my first month of transitioning from Sims four to Sims two and so far I’m loving it! And I really appreciate help from experts like you. ❤️❤️

I can’t wait to try this mod, I’m impressed with how intuitive it is. Thank you for sharing!! You have the best sims 2 reviews!

Thanks for sharing, TeaAddict. I do prefer the Sun & Moon version, as I tend to play historical eras, either medieval or Victorian eras. I know FireFly worked a long time to get that S&M mod working. I love the wringer washer animation with the S&M version, as it will bubble, and Sims must wring out the laundry. Just nostalgia that reminds me of my mom using a wringer washer (way back in the day - Yes, I'm old. lol) The S&M mod does have wooden tub versions for a medieval setting. I do like the modern Simple Laundry mod with the option for the laundromat, which allows visiting Sims to wash /dry their clothing and pay automatically to use it. haha. What many forget with the S&M laundry mod, is there is the box, stop laundry, which when placed on the lot will stop "piling" up the laundry. Which I will do when my Sim has too much laundry. That is, until they've done the week's laundry. 😆🤭 Have a great week. ☺

Thank you for showcasing this mod for someone who is a casual player and really needs “simple” mods 😂 it was very easy to understand!

Oo, thanks for mentioning the required laundry addon for the sun and moon mod. no longer will my sim have 50 stacks of clean laundry in their inventory 😅

I installed this mod some days ago because it popped in my Tumblr and it's cute... I love seeing them doing laundry

Agradezco profundamente tu video, me ha encantado cómo profundizaste hasta el último punto el mod, incluyendo además contenidos extra que lo acompletan y describiendo cómo funciona.
De verdad, muchas gracias, ojalá este canal fuera más grande

Yay another one! 🥳 I was rewatching your school one and was like I need to expand my game

I faced an issue that if there are locked rooms sims would never proceed with the washing and be stuck but everything else is wonderful, especially animations 😭🎉

With some S&M "stink" tweaking I hope I could use both mods for different households, thanks for the full demoplay! ❤

Now I don't know which one to use! I think I will stay with S&M for now because I like the incorporation of the dressers. It's close though. Interesting to see how this one will develop.

i was waiting for someone to review this mod, ty !! (😭) i'm so excited omg !! sun&moon mods feel so chaotic to me tbh..

My ideal combination of features from the two laundry mods would be something like:
Doing laundry washes all dirty clothes, rather than selecting 1, 5, or 10.
But still tracking how many piles of clothes are being washed.
Clothing piles only drop when sims are dirty.
Chance of dropping piles rather than them going into the hamper depends on personality.
Adding clean clothes to dressers.
The hygiene/comfort decay buffs when wearing clean clothes. (Either version is fine with me)
Laundromats.
The clothesline from simply laundry is much better, since it's an actual multitile.
I could go either way on needing detergent. It being buyable in buy mode makes it more of a hassle than any added gameplay.

I might have to see how easily the mods can be split and combined.

Thank you very much for explaining and showing us this mod. I specifically wanted to know if it was functional for community lots, so thanks 👏🏻👍🏻

Missed your videos - always a cheerful vibe :)

I'm gonna use this one cause I didn't already have S&M but also I love all the creators involved with this one

I wonder if you have a laundromat in town in your game if a household that does not have a washer dryer can put clothes into the hamper and then click on the hamper and there's like a go to the laundromat option that would be so cool.
