3:58 picking the casualty dummy up by the head 😂. I understand it’s just a fitness test but that was hilarious.

She just made it by 1 second, fair play.

brings back memories of all the physical agility tests I did.....they'll kick anyones butt..

The problem is 5 years later very few can pass these tests

Hoping to be doing this soon 🙏
👍

I am currently going through the process, have my physical test in June… absolutely bricking it that will fail. Want this so much, ladder test with leg lock mentally hoping I don’t freeze and the shuttle runs. 8.6 20 meter, gym doing it but out on the track outside struggle to get past 5.
Training hard so I pass it, but it’s that nervous energy on the day that worries me.
Strength wise confident as lift a lot regular from deadlifts to chest pressing. Can lift a person of 12 stone over my shoulder and carry for 400 meters (used my friend as a real life test dummy) 😆
Time will tell just wanna pass it all and get cracking !

Thank you for your, service to emergency services

I can't wait to join,,

Be doing this next month hopefully I can’t wait

Glad they use a 55kg dummy…That’s a great representation of society. Hope they never have to rescue an adult.

Think my nan could do this in her sleep

I wont to be a firefighter ❤❤loved the video 👍👍

Since she is wearing a white helmet i would hazard a guess she is very competent and been ff for a long time

Wow

Youl see me next year

I really want to do this
