I cried when she died, I never met her, but felt I had. I have watched Dinnerladies a million times, the greatest stand up we ever produced. Thank you Victoria.

I'm still sad she's gone. She enriched so many lives. x

A very clever and talented writer and a very, very funny woman. I still can't believe that she is no longer here with us, cheering us up.

God bless her. Much missed in a special way that very few performers could ever lay claim to.

I have watched and it was so lovely to hear about Victoria's rise to fame. Much missed comedian.

What a goddess. thank you Victoria for all the awesome happiness you brought. What an incredible talent. The best of British. This and the Dawn French interview of Victoria is gold.

I have always loved victoria and julie...absolutely tickled  my funny bone.....real gems the pair of them..

Omg, that's the first time I've ever seen a picture of Vic and Julie so young! Sad it took me so long to appreciate both of them 😔

Victoria was an absolute genius. She had a computer brain for creating the funniest sketches and lines one after the other for different characters .  Dinner Ladie's is supreme comedy.

I love her and miss her so much.xxxx lets do it!

Oh Victoria! How we miss you, am sure that JW does too. I appreciate the people who helped you, especially one men whose name escapes me. Bless you.

She looked more and more attractive as she got older , she was one of the best British comedians full stop ! Missed so much R.I.P Victoria Wood god bless a lovely soul ❤️❤️❤️

Bless her heart. She was the one and only. It’s so awful that she  has gone.

I did not discover Victoria Wood until around 1986 in 'as seen....' .... possibly because I did not watch ITV.
It was 1999 when I met her briefly in studio TC8 where  Dinnerladies was recorded.  Instantly attractive, ...  not 'gushing' (as some could be), .... just normal and friendly.
We both share the 'Wood' surname but are not related as far as I know.  She was taken away from us far too early...... all incredibly sad!   Thank you for the lovely memories, Victoria  XXX!

Welcome to the world of Sacharelle, situated between the health spa and the toupees......

I seriously need to read the authorised biography of her "Let's Do It" by Jasper Rees.

God Bless You Victoria Wood and May You Rest in Peace, XXXX

I like to make people laugh too, but, I didn’t have and still don’t want to get up in front of heaps of peeps, I’m more of your two or three in a group I know or heckle from the back...😁 but by gee I miss watching her and her personality and clever mind, she was the best comedian ever man or woman..and so unassuming 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🥰

Victoria Wood what can I say about this genius comic and write up everything She Wrote starred in performed directed was top notch. I said to a friend the other day what is the worst thing to Chorleywood has starred in written in produced in all done a voice over for you couldn't think of anything just like the actor Kevin Whately everything he does is brilliant can't go wrong.

If Victoria had been alive today what things would you have written produced directed starred in what I have voice over for will never know the things you haven't done that I believe she could have done really good ask was host her own radio show so I think of Steve Wright does on BBC Radio 2.

ooh and Samantha Bond as the narrator - how fab.
