20:33 for anyone curious, his method is basically to set goals every day, some that are achievable and some that are more of a stretch; at the end of the day, he can reflect positively on what he accomplished because he succeeded at at least one, then if he does one of the big ones he can feel even better  and based on his success, he can adjust for the next day (making his goals harder or easier). He also acknowledges that this won't work for everyone, for example Mark who is too much of a perfectionist to be ok with 'failing' at a goal he's set, which is a core part of Chenle's process.

I will point out this is a technique that a lot of people with executive function difficulties (me) and mental illness (also me) find some success with, since you're not looking at the things you can't/didn't do but rather the things you did do. The self care app Finch is entirely based around it! So it might be worth a try for anyone reading this who is struggling with this stuff.
