I was invited to experience the traditions and lifestyle of the Kichwa people. From witnessing their traditional dances to joining the celebration myself, they showed me a side of the Amazon most outsiders never get to see.
But this adventure became even crazier when we explored a wild beach-party town packed with thousands of people, walked through streets taken over by monkeys, discovered hidden jungle lagoons, and came face-to-face with incredible Amazonian wildlife.

And after you shower, apply a small amount of naturally made coconut oil - like you make in the Amazon - and massage it into your hair and scalp. This will again feed the roots, but also prevent from damage, hydrate your scalp, and prevent dandruff/irritation.
Wash your hair with shampoo at least every 2 days - with the castor oil, you will probably want to shampoo every day.
You’ll start noticing results after 6 weeks or so.
After 3 months or so, stop using the castor oil, and just use the coconut oil going forward.
