Today, I built a cozy suburban house for a single dad and two kids in the Sims 4! This home is built in Copperdale and is built on a 20x15 lot. It has two bedrooms and one bathroom, with a garage and a laundry room as well! I also used custom content in this build! I will have the CC i used linked down below! Let me know what I should build next! Thanks!

Hi Lucca!
I feel like this house is giving Mom and Dad have been fighting about their queer kid for a while so dad bought a house with his business account and has been slowly furnishing it to divorce his wife and move out with his daughter (who his wife does not accept). He finally served her papers and she went “WHERE ARE YOU GOING TO GO” and he just says “oh I’ve got a place” and he put up the pride flag so his kid feels safe and accepted for the first time. She had no idea he bought the house and has been working on it for months.
Killer build! 💞

just wanted to say that your builds got me through a really tough part of my life. after we lost our pet bunny i felt like grief completely took over my life, but your builds were the perfect mix of calm and engaging for me to give my brain a break whilst i was still processing the loss. thank you

Ooo maybe for the single dad with kiddos, a hopscotch or outside toys since the kids gotta get outside out of his hair sometimes :p

I live in a very different part of the world (Italy), but we were also poor and even of I grew up in the early 2ks we had hand-me-down toys and stuff from my cousins from the 90s to play with so I too feel more nostalgic towards that time period

I think your stream idea is really good! I'd love to see you play with this family
Honestly, everytime you come up with a story for the sims who live in your build it makes me want to see the gameplay for it!

Hi!! I love your videos and so does my cat oddly enough. As soon as I put on one of your videos, she comes over to lay with me and we watch it together 💕 also, your attention to detail is amazing, I strive to be this good at building in the sims

Bookshelves are so expensive, I don’t understand how my parents had 6 of them in our house growing up and I’m talking about the big hardwood bookshelves! 😭 but my mom had one of those corner bookshelves as well

Little trivia for you guys: Turkish language doesnt have gender specific pronouns! We simply say "O" for the third person without focusing on people's gender.

Very relaxing build as always Lucca❤
