In this video, I’m making baby back ribs on the Weber Q. I start by seasoning the ribs, then smoke them low and slow to build flavor. After a couple of hours, I wrap them up to get them nice and tender, then finish with a sweet BBQ glaze. Finally, I taste test the results to see how the Weber Q handles proper low-and-slow rib cooking
