Fleeing an internment camp during World War II, Angélique crosses the Tibetan plateau with Christian, guided by nomads and her own determination. Taken in by Lhasa, she forges a rare bond with a young boy destined for great spiritual significance. A tale of mountains, silence, and the passing on of knowledge.
