I think that is the most serious I've ever seen Joe Marler be.

I've only recently discovered what a hilarious man he is so this is the first video i've seen where he's actually a bit more serious.

That was very serious from the old Sausage. He's growing up!

Farewell Joe - absolute legend as a young man, absolute legend at retirement - amazing man.

That gum shield is scary

It is also about the angle of the push the timing and head , leg, and arm use to alter what you are trying to take advantage of in weakness known or shown early .

Must have forgotten to re-watch this before taking the field on Saturday vs. France ;-)

back in my day wheeling the scrum was an art and a wonderful part of the game. does anyone know the logic behind it being outlawed or was it just another bloody stupid commitee law change brought in for the sake of it?

Oh, that's his gum-shield... lol. In the thumbnail I almost thought they were his teeth.

England Rugby 's Joe Marler reveals the 'dark arts' of the scrum in this how to ahead of the  #rugbyworldcup

Joe will remember Rabah Slimani vs France !!

Also suggested for you, Owen Farrell's master class on how to stop a flying winger near the sidelines in the world cup final.

He literally says nothing here.

well that was disappointing. thought this video was posted to give some tips on how to scrum better...

Does he even push straight ? He just wheels that thing around lmao

I want scrums to be fair contests. The law should be the ball put in straight at the middle of the tunnel. It makes the game look bad when 99% of the time the team with the put in wins the scrum. Rugby is supposed to be a game where the ball is under Fair contest at all times.

he got ripped apart yesterday lol

Your in the front row joe, there is no in front of you lol

When they mentioned Joe Marler I thought this video was showing you how to collapse the scrum and give away a penalty

I think he's pants
