Stop Cooking Mackerel Every Time… Do This ONCE Instead. Today, I am showing you exactly how I prep, cut, and freeze mackerel for soups and stews so I don’t have to stress every time I want to cook.
If you cook African soups and stews often, this mackerel prep method will save you time, reduce mess, and make your cooking so much easier. I always prep my fish in bulk, freeze it properly, and use it anytime I need it — quick, easy, and efficient!
Making pepper soup, stew, or any fish-based dish, this freezer prep hack will change your kitchen routine.
Try it once, and you’ll never go back!
