Kairi car number 4 looks great, thank you for sharing this journey with us.The view of the sea of Japan is a bonus, but what really stood out for me, was the beautiful view of the endless rice fields in Niigata-ken and Yamagata-ken. You got lucky that you got such a nice seat. And the food looked tasty as well.

Day-Jonts would be a great way to relax and explore for a day, but such things only seem to be available in smaller countries where train travel is actually used regularly by locals. The rice fields are the same as our wheat fields here in Canada. So next off to the next adventure, STJ:_herewego::_herewego::_herewego::_herewego:

About the rain,
It helps the rice
become so nice.
One of your best videos,I love the views of rural Japan with its farms,hamlets and coastline,the train looked great as did the food,you even managed to end with one of the jingles that I enjoy so much!
