🐐 minivan. Gotta love vtec screamin on the way to the school pickup line

I'm not gonna lie it would've been so unbelievably poetic to end this video in the old daily motor lot.. one can dream I guess 😢

Hey Charlie. The Honda Odyssey Has Been My Favorite Minivan.

Lots of cuts since the 2018 model we had (Replaced with the '26 Elite), no more DVD/Blu-ray player, no more free map updates for life on the GPS , no rear vacuum, no included wireless headphones, smaller center console storage etc...They need to move the spare tire to where it was a while back in the back left, and make interchangeable modules for the center floor storage.  1) Nothing, all storage, 2) More powerful vacuum module using about 1/2 the space, 3) Subwoofer module, 4) Fridge/freezer module etc.  Make them interchangeable.

I did 17000 miles tops around both coats in my 2023 Honda odesseey touring, it is a wonderful car it is one of the best if not the best I would say

The climate controls are actually a revised layout compared to 2018-2024. The 2018-2024 had a few climate functions baked into the screen

I Would Like To Thank You For The New Honda Odyssey.

Charlie, It is a testament to your high standards that you used the words  'Road Trip' instead of Odyssey. 😁

7:40 the magic seats are standard in all trims

The odyssey had a vacuum in prior models but it got removed due to their supplier going out of business

the odyssey use to have the vacum but discontinued it in 2022

Great Vehicle ❤ Deadpool would approve!😂💀 😵 I love this vehicle 🚗 Sienna is too jerky and loud. Looking soon to replace  my 2009. 😂😮

The deactivation and timing belt is a big con for me, great video, thanks.

Nice interior, don't love the tweener exterior color though.

I don’t have kids but I would buy an Odyssey.  I cannot spend this much on a vehcile as my budget max after taxes would be around $35,000.00 or so.  But I would love this top trim Odyess in this exact color inside out.  The interior is perfect in this Honda with its design and buttons and features.  I love the dash layout and the screen position.  Im not a huge fan of these big dual panel touch screens as one long screen.  Plus the engine this Odyssey is such a good old school engine.

I also really like the Kia Carnival but with Kia and Hyundai there are too many recalls, engine issues and engine fires, brake fires and personally know my Sisters 2018 Kia Optima’s engine failed at 90,000 miles and then a relatives Kia Sportage (cannot remember the year) caught fire while driving and was a total loss and was not long after he bought it.  So that makes me a little nervous and its so wide spread from older to newer models.

My only negative of the Odyssey is no 360 surround view camera system.  Why?  Being a large mini van it should have a 360 surround view camera system for ease of use and for safety.  After having this features in both vehicles that we currently own (2019 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross SEL Touring
S-AWC and 2023 Nissan Kicks SR Premium) it is one of the best features and makes parallel parking a breeze with the overhead view and a curb side view to see how close the tires are to the curb. Then parking at the market it makes parking so easy to have an overhead view and see the lines and make sure you are lined up perfect.  But my favorite is the front view camera in drive for my work when pulling in forward to a parking spot that has that tall parking curbs you can view the front so you don’t pull up to far and scrape your front end.

My least favorite thing about Honda Products (after having many generations of Pilots) is the lact of roof vents. Being in the center console or side pillars is way worse than roof mounted vents.

Did anyone recently buy and Odyssey or pilot and immediately heat ridiculous loud clanking when the exhaust cools? Be careful buyers, dealership doesn't want to help

why they change the looks, it kinda similar to Brio and Mobilio

Will this van EVER be redesigned?!!!

Nitpicks for me. The blind spot warning is on the door not the side mirror and the seats don’t lock going forward if you have the eight seater it’s annoying as the middle row of seats will keep sliding unless it’s pushed all the way back. just weird engineering choices.
