There is an error with the Thomas du Toit slide. You have him standing in a Sharks kit in front of a Stormers logo. 5 lashes for the editor.

Hasim Pead will be a pain for New Zealand when he moves up to bok level. The BMT he has is crazy

Hoping that Frawley’s move West worked out for him, Connacht and Ireland

Pead is just moving back - we have always seen other unions take Western Cape school boys, so good he is going back.

I respect the hell out of Dearns. Apparently NZ approached him to stand down from Japan for three years and switch. He said no.

Brilliant analysis (as always).
You just may have added a few words about the Top 14 domestic moves already announced for the post WC season, such as Thomas Ramos and François Cros both leaving Toulouse, respectively for Racing and Lyon.

That was really fun to watch, and to get a full recap of all the important movements.
Can't wait to hear your take on the team that's just been announced for the weekend. That's a fast track team.

Not only Jiff, the salary cap also limits the scope of the Top14 for signing stars, but there's also the ProD2

You should do this comparison chart over a four year rolling average. That would show the rise and fall of each league regardless of a RWC.

The Sharks is where great Springboks go to play low level rugby and rest up for their international duty.

-246 from URC - It might also mean that the quality is good, and the others are after them. Plus South Africa is a brewing machine tbh. If you look at the Varsity rugby, the U20, the schools rugby, it is a rocketship !!

Your point on the Top 14 teams having to have 18 French qualified players in their squads should be something that the RFU looks at rather than precluding players from abroad playing for England. The exodus wouldn’t be that bad and our best players could still get picked, surely improving the England team.
