I want Vinny to finish a game 20 years later and act like nothings happened

As the Guitar Hero 2 loading screen wisely once said:
"If the lead singer isn't having fun, nobody's having fun."

This creates quite a pickle, as there's no way to cram in the long-awaited Persona 5 and Undertale playthroughs with all these new releases

I like it when Vinny has fun. He is my favorite streamer BECAUSE he does what he wants primarily and invites us to come along. I like that he doesn't do facecam, or shout out / ask for money, or any of the typical streamer things. I always viewed that positively, like okay! This guy understands boundaries.

So I legit just want you to do what you want, Vinny. Play what makes you happy. I'll be here when I'm here.

Im just ready for rimworld season 7 episode 14 3 hour sections

Vinny has a lot of time for video games, it is quite literally his job after all. The problem is he often looks at them as "how much time do I have to invest" instead of "am I going to have fun/ is it interesting to me". Commit to your decisions and stop looking at the clock so much.

I also think Vinny is way too mentally preoccupied with the paths he's not taking to really enjoy the ones he does; it is especially visible in horse streams where he cannot help himself suggest them playing different games.

Just keeping a list of "Go Back To" or "Enjoyed but Didn't Finish" games, would be nice for drought periods.

And I'd say, If you're enjoying a game, even if people leave, keep going as long as it's financially viable. Who knows if it becomes a game that people retroactively love because you enjoyed it so much.

If Vinny’s biggest streaming sin is that he doesn’t finish a playthrough here and there, i’d say that’s a good sign. Nothing wrong with leaving something to come back to during a drought.

I feel like Vinny starting a game is bigger problem. It feels like he starts a lot of games just because he was sent a key, or the game is popular atm. Then because he is too nice, he can't really say "oh I actually dislike this game", so chat may interpret Vinny's lukewarm reception of a game as a confirmation that he is going to do a full playthrough. Also I think Vinny thinks too much about how long the games are instead of just playing what he enjoys (although this just a general thing among gamers, I imagine that it is especially prevalent for people with anxiety issues).

Chat members be like "I have my full playthrough ahead of me". No you don't, the November is coming

Vinny should absolutely play what makes him happy/ what he feels like finishing. It's not fun watching somebody feeling obligated to finish a game that's run its course. But I'll be honest, it's a tough break for people like me who enjoy the RPG playthroughs and "rotten" rando seeds!

The absolute best streams are the games Vinny is having fun playing. Doesn’t matter how long or what game.

I'm still absolutely shocked that Vinny only did one stream of Hi-Fi Rush. I would've thought he'd get hooked on it.

6:13 the amount of times vinny has been godawful at a game to the point where i felt the need to buy it and play it myself just to prove how it wasn't nearly that difficult to play it efficiently is concerningly numerous

I feel Vinny. There are games that I take like a week or less to beat, while there are others that I take months or never finish at all

You need a segment. You need a segment that drags back a playthrough from a while back that you're interested in. You need to structure this so you actually get back to some of these games you actually want or intend to finish.

If you don't have some sort of structure, you'll end up dropping a lot of games you didn't want to really drop.

Tuesday or Thursday Throwbacks. Start up a part of a playthrough you wanted to continue, from a while ago

Vinny's best streams are when he's enjoying the game. It pains me when he doesn't finish a game I love, but it would pain me even more to watch him struggle through a game he doesn't enjoy.

Keep doing what you're doing, it clearly works for you.

what absolute psychopath told Vinny there was 22 hours left from where he left off in onimusha?

I am noticing that Vinny is getting more and more impatient the older he gets and he enjoys story heavy games less and less and the exceptions to that gets fewer each year. Its a shame cause he actually is very fun and insightful if he can get into it. I am personally not interested in the 20th restream of Zelda or Mario but I respect that its good for his mood.
