The Twisted Case of Thomas Kwan

That Chapter

1,134,647 views

Thomas Kwan was very bitter about his inheritance. So bitter, in fact, that he would fake a doctor's identity to inject his mom's partner with what he said was a vaccine. It was not a vaccine.

i can't imagine my mother not noticing who i was in such a poor disguise. they must not have payed much attention to him..

How does a man with the intelligence and education of a doctor not know that the UK is almost the most recorded place on earth? You can't do anything there without it appearing on video.

That disguise is some Scooby Doo level shit

His mom only noting that "Dr. Patel" and her son were the same height is absolutely wild to me!

How could they not have recognized him even in disguise? His voice? His mannerisms? He stayed there for 40 whole minutes!

@churningtales8582 1 year ago

His disguise = Asian man pretending to be Rob Schneider playing an Asian man. 😂😂😂

He reminds me of my brother who is always fighting over inheritance. Even had the nerve to ask what I plan to do with my house if I die because I have no kids. I'd rather give it to charity🙄

It’s incredibly weird to me his mom didn’t recognize him. I’d expect someone to recognize their own child/parent’s voice and presence even if they were disguised and doing an accent. Bizarre. They must have been very estranged.

And he would’ve gotten away with it too, if it hadn’t been for you meddling kids.

2:34 Omigosh ! that 'disguise' is like something Inspector Clouseau would wear.

Mike the only one that is still consistent no matter how big the channel gets and we're all grateful for it all the best and have a good one to you and your family x

Sometimes it is best to just walk away from toxic family. Many of us have wealthy, toxic , greedy families who not only exclude us from any of their money but they even steal the money we earn ourselves from our hard work. When family treats us terribly, forget the money and walk away.

This is one of those stories, where, if it was written in a book you'd hand it back saying it was full of shite 😂😂😂 absolutely killed me!!

@br-ian 1 year ago

This story is bananas. Thanks Mike! Also, a quick psa: with YT polluted with trash "true crime channels" most with AI voiced that are super cringe-y, we can always count on That Chapter to keep us afloat above the rest. Happy holidays and take some personal time for yourself, you deserve it and we aren't going anywhere cuz we love ya.

To be honest the Lee guy poisoning a family including an infant, getting a free ticket back to china and no punishment is horrendous!! A murderer walking freely, a psychopath with good chance of doing such things to other people.
