I experimented with a few things I had always been curious about regarding Bibim Guksu:
1. How much does the taste improve if the sauce is refrigerated and aged for 24 hours?
2. For sweetness, sugar? Plum syrup?
3. Should sesame oil be mixed into the sauce? Or separately?
I think it's great that the results came out intuitively after I actually tried the experiments!
