The saying everyone is different is very true, I also live in a park home on a fabulous park, and have been for 15 years, however, I wish we had gone into things a lot more, the only thing different to a bricks and mortar home is the council tax, you don't have much choice when you come to insure it , it's expensive, also you have to have it painted every three years, that can cost £1000 or more, if your home doesn't come with a water meter  the water company can only install one with the park owners permission. the other thing that we didn't consider, was when my husband and I die, our son has to carry on paying the pitch fee until the home is sold, and that can take years. The minute you close the front door, your home devalues. If you don't have the underneath checked regularly you will end up with rust,  hind sight is a wonderful thing.

I love how you’re not overlooked at the front or back. It’s absolutely perfect. I’d live there in a heartbeat.

I fear that one day that lovely view will be built on, sadly.

I know this video is from a while ago but I wanted to say how beautiful your home is! You have made it gorgeous! Xx❤️

Such a beautiful home you have there. Park home living is the best lifestyle.

Absolutely beautiful, I’d live there in a heartbeat ❤

What a lovely home Maria and Mick, and in the perfect setting  too! Thankyou both for the tour!

What a stunning home , cosy , comfortable and stylish, I love it. Yourself and Mick have done a fabulous job, the back garden though is just perfect. Sitting out with a coffee or glass of wine , it looks so relaxing. Enjoy every moment x

Lovely Maria, I do love your garden its so peaceful!

Beautiful surroundings. That really makes the home imo.

We downsized from a large 3 bedroom detached house that was costing a fortune to maintain. It was just the 2 of us so we downsized to a park home, too. We paid that mortgage off and have saved £1000s in costs since. We love it. Modern park homes are fantastic and running costs so much less.

Stunning, your home  is  beautiful. Everything you need inside and out. Beautiful  location,  I would be outside a lot with those lovely surroundings. You and Mick look so happy, definitely  will give people  some food for thought. Thank you❤❤❤

Absolutely beautiful, love your tranquil cozy warm home xx
