Today I’m making easy Kkakdugi, Korean cubed radish kimchi, with just one radish.

You don’t need to salt the radish separately, so it’s quick and simple to make.
It takes less than 20 minutes to prepare, but the radish stays crunchy and the seasoning is so delicious.

This is a simple homemade kimchi that goes so well with rice, noodles, soups, and everyday Korean meals.

I hope you enjoy this easy and crunchy Kkakdugi recipe.
