"you'll find it quite hard to build when there's nothing around to inform what you're building. You need existing landscape, buildings,
interaction with something just so you can react with what you're building." That is absolutely fantastic advice, not JUST for planet coaster building!

Coasters often have some kind of boundary in space. A set space where the coaster takes place. When you said terrain i instantly thought of helix from liseberg, sweden. It breaks that classic rule and it pretty much goes on its own adventure, swinging between the trees at high speed. And i believe you should take inspiration from it! It would be sick!!

Already in love with this map!🔥 I agree, it‘s such a huge help having actual terrain and infrastructure to creatively bounce back off. Can‘t wait to see how the park progresses over time😁

oh my this is the type of planco video i have been foaming at the mouth for, actual advice, not a definite how, but actual advice.
thanks Corvus!

Farm Simulator meets Plamet Coastrer... The mashup we didn't know we needed lol. This turned out great and will be another fun series

Best tutorial I've seen since moomins ones

This video is already very promising for what this park series will be. I also like the sound of your voice and the way you speak. The tone you speak in is very relaxing and makes it easy (even for non-English speakers) to understand what you're saying while you're creating something. Keep up the good work!

You brought up a good point about how most parks have some sort of difference in terrain/elevation. I’m very curious now what parks are essentially 100% flat. The only ones that come to mind are the Florida parks but even a few of them have a small hill every so often. Anyway let me finish the video lol

You could attach the entire train to a launch coaster underneath the ground, and put it on test mode indefinitely. It is how i got cars moving down my road.

Just picked the game up and thought, I wonder if anyone has done a video exactly as this shows. The thought process what to start on first. This was perfect

Happy to hear my european map template helped your amazing interesting map!

7:46 no way lol!! i pass this bridge all the time and i thought i recognised it when i watched this video last week, and i just passed it again and checked to confirm it was the same one! very cool coincidence and very cool park!

Yaaaaaaa I feel like a toddler playing woth blocks compared to what im seeing here lol. I  can use the blue prints for buildings. Thaaaats about it

You're so talented. I'm in amazement how realistic this template is. So inspirational!

Wasn't expecting Sawmills to be mentioned. Used to go through there to visit my grandmother as a kid. Those Victorian railway embankments are really impressive.

Just a thought - you would probably have two tracks on a railway like that, one going in each direction. Probably worth adding a new one parallel to the one you have.

I think that the train blueprint you showed could definitely be made to move on the railway. Just add a hidden rollercoaster underneath and attach the train on top

Very interested for the future of the park, I'm not really sure why but I'm hoping the park gets a B&M Flying coaster!

Just downloaded this, it's amazing!  I was inspired and had a great idea to go off of this. I'm excited. Thanks so much! Subscribed!

Thanks for making a video about this! (I asked on one of your latest videos)

This may teach us to make bigger parks
