After 100 years, Pleasantview is just as dramatic as it was at the start 😂

Start this video to see my save and gameplay rules, stay for my mental breakdown when two elders woohoo during Alexander Goth's party! (I cut the part where I had a coughing fit, you're welcome ❤)

I want to make this a semi-regular series to show you the family trees and the drama, so let me know your favourite Pleasantview pre-made families and I'll make a video about them ☺

Follow me on twitter @KatieCatastrofe for screenshots from Pleasantview

I just recently got back into playing the Sims 2 and I cannot imagine how long it must take you to play all the households after 8 years! It makes me really happy that Alexander has been around so long to be so involved with his grandkids. I would love to see the Lotharios and the Brokes - since there are so many of them it would be an interesting family tree to talk about.

I can’t believe it was Bella and Beau woohooing at Alexander’s party! His own daughter and the man he supposedly still loves 😂 the drama!

Omg the elders getting it on and the giant NO across the screen had me dead 😂😂

Seeing people who have been playing in the same save file and put this much love into their sims makes me really happy. Thanks for sharing!

8 years is so impressive! Was interesting to see how the neighbourhood has grown and evolved and to learn about some of your gameplay rules. I’d really like to see some other households, Brokes, Calientes, Lotharios, Pleasants! I’m not sure if it would affect the relationships you’ve got going on but do you have the ‘Extended Family Treated as Family’ mod?

That’s exactly how I always liked to play each of the Sims games! Used notebooks, excel sheets and then my phone notes to keep track of the ages to keep it evenly. To avoid crossing families too much I always used NPC or made special sims to introduce into the family when the time comes.

I almost had a heart attack when you said you broke up the Tinkers! Haha they are the one family I feel attached to. I played them extensively for a reason unknown to me. Does anyone else have a sim family they love more than the others?

The NO was wonderful

The giant NO lol

You must be so dedicated to keep a save file this long, I normally never make it to the elder life stage lol, great job 😊

Wow~ so impresive, i can't even bring me to play a family longer than two generations ^^''.
Also look at all these plots in just ONE world. Sims 4 could never T.T.

I’ve been playing my custom neighborhood since the lockdown and I recently said goodbye to the last remaining sim from generation 2. Not only did I lose a sim who had been in my game for almost 3 real-life years, but his death marked the end of an era, as I have now played an entire generation from birth to death.

out of all the games this was my favorite

I absolutely adore Sims 2 and have played it for years! I missed out the free copy cause I used to play it with the disks. Unfortunately my base game disc is broken and I have been playing Sims 4 for a few years now. But Sims 2 will always be something special. Lovely to see all your big family trees! ❤

Wow how amazing to have played the same hood for 8 years! So cool <3 Really enjoyed hearing about your class system and the way you play. I'd love to see all of the families in your hood honestly :)
