To anyone hating I guarantee if JB were in that audience he would be the first one applauding Guthrie

I don't care about the rules. In fact, if I don't break the rules at least 10 times in every song then I'm not doing my job properly.
Jeff Beck.

It's crazy that he still gets better. Really the best guitarist in the world

Good rendition and truly love Guthrie's playing but, he stands in the enormous shadow of Jeff Beck on this.

Some musicians are content standing in the light of others, while other musicians are the light others bask in. Music was never about sticking to the faamiliar; music was about getting enthralled by the story another was trying to tell. But at the end of the day, all experienced things are phenomena.

Honestly, precisely Jeff's version off BbB exhibits much more dexterity, class, vibe and feel, much more. Thank you.

Great respect to Guthrie for honouring the original theme, yet adding his own improvisation in the way he does. Thank you Guitar Culture, for the uploads from the gig, great stuff.
