At 17:32 I say Thunder is 70% accurate in Sun. This is incorrect, it is 50% accurate in Sun.

When will your viewers send you great teams that you'll ruin

Pinkacross used schooling. They are therefore a wishiwashi

That first team alone. Made this video great. It honestly makes this entire series great. You liked the team, tore it new one, fixed it not even changing a single Pokémon. It was amazing. The rest of the video was pretty good too. I don't play singles at all but i really enjoy this series. Thanks for making these videos.

2:30 the iron treads nickname being “Clanker.” 😭😭😭😭

"U-Turn and Trailblaze barely hit anything super-effectively."
Footage: opp switches two pokemon both weak to u-turn

Something I noticed with a lot of the less experienced team builds is that newer players seem to have an aversion to choice items, and I think a large part of that is being uncomfortable making mid ground plays and not predicting. Less experienced players I find tend to try to read their opponent every turn, and thus, feel really punished if they get a turn wrong while holding a choice item. The Gapdos on the first team is a perfect example, where your best play 90% of the time is just to blow something up with a STAB or pivot, which is very conducive to a choice item, yet the player added an expert belt, likely because they don’t like the pressure being locked in puts on them to “get the turn right” when they really shouldn’t be all too concerned in that position with making the perfect play.

Also, players try to tech on coverage for their counters waaayyy too often. Not every offensive pokemon can break through every wall, and that’s fine. You have 5 other slots to assist that pokemon in taking down that wall throughout the course of the game. It is infinitely worse to spend a move slot or an item slot, or a wonky EV spread or tera type to handle a wall, than it is to just have good teammates.

Like seriously, dedicating a whole move slot on porygon to psyshock just to do like 40% to blissey and give gambit a free switch? You have physical attackers and tons of pivoting on the team, you do NOT need to force porygon to beat blissey.

Also, you already have trick for anti-blissey lol.

We love Pinkacross. I feel like we don't say how much we appreciate him enough ❤️

These teams would all really appreciate having Spidops, Harbinger of Doom on their side. Just because he’s a really cool guy.

19:33 i visibly frowned when the overheat missed

Wow, the first two teams here were really sick. Cool ideas and you did a fantastic job doctoring them. I feel like you're getting better at this? Its almost hard to tell because you're much better at teambuilding than me, but it seems like... I dunno, like you're better able to... find the harmony the teams desire. Because every team tells you what it needs, if you learn how to listen.

Good shit man, killer as always. This is my favorite series you do, because it's my favorite part of the game.

Edit: After some more testing I edited some sets and replaced Raging Bolt with an Hydrapple

Been a while since I made a team. But I wanted to make a hazard stack team again, as it has been a quite a long time ago when I made the last. I combined hazard stack with a sandstorm core of T-tar and Excadrill. The more chip damage the better, or something like that? (I just wanted to see my goat T-tar back in action. Sand Rush Drill also helps me with speed control.)

The problem, however, is that I do not really have "good" knock off users on the team. I do have Ttar and Gliscor, but they cannot really handle the typical knock off switch-ins you want to handle. I can only really rely on Gholdengo to deal with Corv, while Ttar 2 shots Gliscor with Icebeam, but is weak to EQ. Ttar is also EVed and IVed to outslow Pelipper, so that Sandstorm goes up, instead of rain. Quite niche, but I do not think I need the speed on Ttar thus far (If I wanted to stop gambit, I would need to make it a lowick set with Speed EVs, but I think that I can stop gambit reasonably well with my other options).

However, I can stack as many hazards as I want to, it doesn't matter if they have boots on. I was thinking about using Wellspring over Raging Bolt, but I think I need a special breaker on the team as well as the prio Raging Bolt offers. It also helps against rain teams, though Wellspring would also offer something in that regard Wellspring also offers me a better option, or better said AN option agains opposing ground types like Tusk. (I replaced Raging Bolt with Hydraple to counter Wellspring and Rilla, but now I have no immediate special pressure/breaker. I also lost my access to priority with removing Bolt.

Also, the mirror match against hazard stack might also be a problem, as only drill can remove hazards. Though, the only 2 mons really effected by Spikes are Ttar and Hydrapple (Drill after Balloon is popped)

Last but not least, the biggest issue for the team. Ogerpon Ban-Spring. This thing just ruins pretty much everything, when it does not eat my hazards. Though even getting hazards up against it is quite a challenge to begin with. Only real option for it currently is Raging Bolt, but that is more of a band aid solution I feel like. (with Hydraple it is not really that much of a problem anymore)

So in order to counteract all that I build a second team, which I will also include under the Hazard Stack one. Though, it is more offensively oriented and completely forgoes the Hazard stack all together.

I am honestly still unsure if I want an Air Balloon + SW Drill or a Band Drill. I think there might is some potential in here, I just don't see where...

17:30 Thunder actually has 50% accuracy in Sun

these are my favorite types of videos you make, taking a cool idea for a team and making them work way better.

Great video! All three teams are so interesting. I felt the aura through the screen when you put Goatkix on the sunrain team and the weavile team received one of the highest scores you've ever given out

I love supporting very small creators

Sad that my team didn't get chosen. Hopefully next time I'll get lucky. Amazing Video nonetheless, I learned a lot.

okay i know this isn't a huge thing but i love love love the dual coloration of the words Weather Ball

Pinkacross try not to add alo to a team challenge. Level: impossible

It's crazy how Raging Bolt was on all of these teams
