When you live in a rural area and it’s a drive to get to a store, these videos are a godsend. Thank you!

Sweeten condensed milk
Boil 1&1/2 cup of white sugar with 1/2 cup of water till slight color change.
Dump into mixer and whisk till tons of smal bubbles & white.
Add 2 cups of powdered milk and mix slowly at 1st, then on high till creamy llike sweeten condensed milk.
Keep in closed container in the refrigerator.

I never even thought about how to make homemade condensed milk. This is very cool.

I wonder why people get on these comments and complain or correct the person making the video.  If she calls it a blender so what. If powdered milk is expensive just keep buying sweeted condensed milk. Stop being so rude.

Thank you sweetheart, from an 86 year old grandmother. Never too late to learn.

I thought you were going to have to reduce a bunch of milk but the milk powder is genius!

Americans are starting to revert back to cooking from scratch. Food companies are adding poison to our food which is making us sick. Thanks for sharing👍🏾

I came upon your videos and have gotten so many tips. I’m 78 and still learning from a generous country wife! Thank you for sharing!

This makes me realize I need to keep powdered milk on hand!

New follower here and I’m super happy to have this video come up in my algorithm!

In this economy saving money is the name of the game!

Thank you for sharing this valuable recipe!😍🙏

FYI, WE KNOW THE DANG THING IS A MIXER. AFTER ENOUGH WHAT SEEMS RUDE CORRECTIONS OF WHAT IM SURE WAS A MISTAKE.  I guarantee this woman has more knowledge than any of you that felt the need to call it out ( numerous times)

Maam ignore that and keep these videos coming.  Thank you.... Most of us know you meant a mixer, heck I have word blunders myself.
I cant wait to make this .

WILL BE 70 YRS OLD TOMORROW...AND YOU JUST TAUGHT ME SOMETHING NEW!... THANK YOU!!

Sweetened condensed milk (Borden Eagle) in Hawaii: $5.00 at Safeway or $3.69 at Target.

For people who don't EVER have powdered milk in their cabinets: 6 cups of liquid whole milk in a carton = 2 cups powdered milk.

Good job, Lynn!

Do you know what I love about this video? You were teaching us how to make things without the chemicals and preservatives in the already made things that are killing us. Thank you.

I never would’ve thought to do this, and I prefer making a fresh batch when needed.

I’m inspired. Thank you for sharing! ❤

It does look much better than store-bought

That looks so much better than what comes out of the can

Awesome. Thank you do much. Also.... the dryer in the background reminds me of home. ❤️ Bless you.
