I want to SUP because I have a hard time learning to pump back out while I'm proning. I feel like SUP would give me more flight time because I can ride non breaking swells anywhere or tiny waves and this will maximize my ability to learn in easier more calm spots. Hope that's the case! haha Thanks for sharing this video. It's great!

For a 150# guy…what length/volume SUP foil do you recommend..given I SUP surf on 9’10” & 8’ board and kite foil, Wing foil, now in a process of learning Dock start/pump foil…at first..thought abut prone foil w/ Armstrong Mid-lenght 5’5” @55 liter, but don’t like being a shark.!!…
