The crowds are a real concern Zarna. I fully understand what you are saying.

Zarna : it’s so expensive to go to live events like sports games, music concerts, amusement parks.
Also Zarna : hey you all, come spend $100, $200 on my comedy act and enrich me!

OH MY GOD I WAS SO NOT READY FOR THE DANCE CLIP!😭😭❤️❤️So wholesome! I had tears in my eyes throughout the clip. So not ready for the waterworks. Started watching the podcast like i regularly do, love the topic, really interesting. I too am on the fence about the cost justification of live events. I don’t usually comment but oh the dance clip felt like such a big energetic hug from each and every one of you! Love you all guys! You’re doing amazing ❤️❤️❤️❤️

A-Grade to Dad for practical advice. I really enjoy his logic

Ahh, finally a relaxed one after a long time! A grade to Zoya for the super funny comment, "Basically, I can't talk for 72 hours", had me totally rolling on th floor. Hahaaa, super cute!! ❤❤

Nearly every episode I watch, I have the same thought as Zarna, “wait until you’re a parent” and every value you thought you’d adhere to is thrown out the window because of reality after having kids. $500 is not cheap for a lifetime experience, but would I save that money for my kids to experience? I’ll try my best. Would I wait until they know how hard it was for me to save that much so that we can have an experience of our lifetime? I’d wait until they’re older than 16. My 10 year olds may or may not remember and so it’s not a cost I’d want to take on, even though I’d love to bring my whole family to Zarna’s live show when she’s in Boston.
And it’s true that there is a generational divide, men have always gone to their own events and usually told the women to go to the events they wanted with their girlfriends. It’s wonderful to see this is slowly changing. ❤

I love “Where’s the Party Tonight!” I love the song and especially the dance production!! I was dancing in my kitchen and when the dance pro said “Let’s do some high knees” I burst out laughing. The end credits were seriously surprising with how many and various folks were making this fantastic insert🥰 Plus the final line giving all the appreciation to Shalabh, Zoya, Brij & Veer is beautiful. TY! to editors for including video and darling fotos of family🔥💕🔥

Hey Zarna. We had the mahakumbh mela in Prayagraj last year. Lakhs and lakhs of people attended it for 45 days with nobody lost.
That was a storyline Bollywood was obsessed with. 😂

Zarna you are right saying that the mother is the one who keeps it all together.  I remember when we went on family picnics my mom got the kids ready (there were 5 of us), prepared the food and packed it, packed swimsuits, games and any extras.  My dad carried the boxes out to the car!  LOL.

Live events are so worth it. In order of my favs:

1. Zarna Garg comedy show
2. Concerts
3. Sports games

Never commented in my life.. but seeing the family come together and dance their heart out was such a boost of confidence and heart warming as an immigrant girl learning to achieve the best in life! Love you Zarna and family!!! ❤

Omg- I so loved this episode. I started the pod- wondering if the topic would be even interesting, but you guys speak with such intellect and authenticity that there is so much of substance in the conversation.

This is your authentic selves, so please continue with the same intent, unlike other podcasts don’t try to sound intellectual or authentic, just projecting your own personalities is so refreshing.

Brij was shining in the last episode, and in this episode as well! He is really very well spoken and has a mind of his own. Very, levelheaded and humble.
Zoya being well spoken is not a surprise because she always was.

Veer is also contributing with such great insights, it is extremely refreshing to listen to him and Shalabh.

I’m a huge fan of Zarna- and her comedy, IG reels, and life motivation that she keeps sharing on IG- but in this episode, I think for the first time, her kids outshined her-

It takes one bad experience to create some sort of negative impact, and I think that’s what happened with Zarna and the Kumbh mela.

Regardless, live events are overpriced and expensive, and they are fun only in a group,
and not all live Events are actually really worth it, and yes, some live events are dangerous, but some of them do create lasting memories. You all had very valid points.

love your podcasts!

Live events can certainly produce lifelong memories. Unfortunately, especially these days, many events are too expensive for the average US consumer.

Thank you for including your dance. It was heartwarming to see you as a family having so much fun to great music.

OMG!! The dancing and behind the scenes was just AWESOME!!! Fantastic!!

The family dance is awesome. Love watching it again and again.❤❤❤

May all the good things continue to bless your family. Zarna, you truly are an Olympic level mom for your team and you inspire so many of us from day one. I only wish I had known you when I was raising my kids.

One of my favorite podcasts was when you went to Disney to celebrate Diwali.  The dancing was so fun.  Sitting around in the hotel room in your Disney costumes was cool, cool, cool!

Zoya, you weren’t far off.. it depends on who the Knicks play, court side tickets can start at $900 per seat, up to $7K or more. Golfers...straighten the boys out. 😂 Btw, that Garg dance performance was awesome! Yes, live events are worth it, support live entertainment & appreciate all of what is involved in bringing a memorable, moving live production to you.

From just getting to know about this podcast to be the first comment on the video. Hehehe. Getting addicted to this family conversations. ❤️
